What you get
Each sheet is 4 × 2 in (101.6 × 50.8 mm) and carries a full hundred numbers with two copies of each — 200 decals per sheet. Numbers are about 2.0 mm tall, including the outline. One sheet covers a whole hundred, so there is no set to buy: pick the hundred you need from the Numbers menu.

How German four-digit numbers work
Divisions with double-digit company numbers used four digits: the first two are the company, the third the platoon, the fourth the vehicle. 1231 means 12th Company, 3rd Platoon, vehicle 1.
Larger numbers
For medium and large vehicles, the same 1000–2999 range is available at about 3.1 mm tall on the Regular 15mm sheet.
