At District Miniatures LLC, we take pride in the quality of our decals and products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Chargebacks
By making an order with our store, you agree to try dispute resolution by contacting us first. If a chargeback is made, we have every right to submit this agreement to the bank and to flag your customer data in Shopify as a "high risk" customer.
Shipping Responsibility
District Miniatures LLC is not responsible for any products that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been shipped. Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you have an issue, please contact us so we can work with you in remedying the problem.
Customer Agreement
By placing an order with District Miniatures LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Exceptions / Good Faith Remedies
